There is a no pet policy here. The Town Noise By-laws should be observed keeping noise to reasonable levels with a minimum of noise after 10:00 pm weekdays and 11:00 pm weekends. No large, loud open parties. These Rules will be appreciated.

By signing this application permission is given for reference checks to determine rental history and the availability of income to cover rent and utilities.
